Your health, a few seconds a day, by email.

- 25 seconds dailyto save your personal health actions in your lifetime database — yours forever
- 3See your health growweekly insights, your own patterns
Your 3 health topics
Tap three, most important first. You can change them later.
How will I improve my health by myself?
By seeing what you actually do. Every day you log your actions in a few seconds. Every week you see your own patterns — and you decide what to change, if anything. No instructions, no coach.
No blame, no shame. Pizza? Log it. Skipped sport? Log it. Honest data beats perfect data. The only rule: don't miss two days in a row.
What do I get? An email and a personal dashboard
An email in the evening (20:00 by default; add a morning one if you like). Tap your answer — a few seconds, done.
A weekly insight — Sunday 08:00 by default, any day and time you choose. Example: "Your energy was 40% better on the days you walked."
A personal dashboard with everything you logged, your patterns over time and your challenges. Change your topics and email times there anytime.
Why email and not an app?
You already open your email every day. Nothing to download, no password, no new habit to remember: the reminder comes to where you already are.
Which language is the beta in?
The private beta runs in English only. Emails, questions and weekly insights will be in English during the beta. Your own language (French, Dutch, German or Spanish) comes later: you'll switch in one click and keep all your data — every answer you gave stays in your database.
Why is it free?
So you can see the direct impact on yourself before paying anything. 90 days free, no credit card.
Track 60 of your first 90 days and keep it for life at 80% off as a founding member: €180 once €960. This offer disappears once the first 10,000 members are in.
And 1,000 free lifetime memberships: we will grant them to the most active founding members once they reach their 90-day objective.
But the real win isn't the €780 you save. It's how you change your life, on your own, with small daily improvements.
After that: €9/month or €960 lifetime. 30-day money-back.
What do we build together?
- Your own health database — every action you log, saved for life. Yours to download, never sold.
- Your own choices — we show patterns. You decide what to change, or not.
- No blame, no shame — honest data, no streak guilt.
What are the 8 topics?
- 🏃 Movement — walking, sport, stairs, time on your feet
- 🥗 Nutrition — what and how you eat and drink
- 😴 Sleep — how long and how well you slept
- 🧠 Mind — mental clarity and mood: focus, reading, learning, screen time, feeling low or down.Tracking your mood helps you see patterns; it is not a diagnosis. If you feel down for weeks, talk to your doctor.
- 🧘 Stress — how tense the day was, what helped
- ❤️ Connections — real time with family and friends
- 🔋 Energy — how you felt through the day
- 🎯 Satisfaction — how good the day felt overall
Start with the 3 that matter most to you. Add others when you're ready.
Is this backed by science?
Tracking itself changes behaviour. A systematic review of self-monitoring found a consistent link between keeping track of what you do and better results (Burke et al., 2011, J Am Diet Assoc). A large analysis of behaviour-change programmes found self-monitoring among the most effective techniques (Michie et al., 2009, Health Psychology).
Habits take about two months, and one missed day doesn't matter. In a study following 96 people building a daily habit, it took on average 66 days (from 18 to 254) to become automatic, and missing a single day did not change the result (Lally et al., 2010, European Journal of Social Psychology). That's why we ask for 60 of your first 90 days, not perfection.
Relationships matter as much as exercise. People with stronger social ties had a 50% higher likelihood of survival over the study periods (Holt-Lunstad et al., 2010, PLoS Medicine, 148 studies).
Small positive routines last. Simple daily exercises such as noting three good things raised happiness for six months (Seligman et al., 2005, American Psychologist).
What if I miss days?
One day is fine, life happens. You have two ways to stay on track:
- Fill in yesterday. Forgot to answer? The next email lets you answer for yesterday too, so the day still counts.
- Holiday mode. Going away, ill or simply too busy? Pause your emails for a few days or weeks in one click. Paused days don't count against you: your 90 days are extended by the same number of days.
The only rule: don't miss two days in a row without one of these. 60 of 90 days is all the founding offer asks.
Is it private?
Yes. Privacy is built in from the start, not added later:
- Belgian company, under GDPR. EU law protects you, and so does the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Selling your data would be illegal.
- Your health answers stay in Europe. They are stored on EU servers (Scaleway, Paris, France), not in the USA.
- Pseudonymised. Your answers are stored under a random code, separate from your email address. The two are never kept in the same place.
- Minimum data. Only an email address is needed. Your name is optional. No postal address, no phone number, no location, no contacts.
- Use an email alias if you prefer. An address from Apple Hide My Email, Firefox Relay, SimpleLogin, addy.io or ProxiedMail works perfectly. We never need your real one.
- No health data in your emails. The emails only ask the question. Your answers and insights are shown on secure pages with links that expire.
- Never sold, no advertising, no AI training on your data.
- No tracking cookies on this site, only cookieless visit statistics.
- Your consent, your rights. Health answers are processed only with your explicit consent. Download everything (CSV or JSON), delete everything (backups included within 30 days) or unsubscribe in one click, anytime.
- Today, before launch: sign-ups reach us by email through Resend (USA, covered by the EU standard contractual clauses). When the daily emails start, everything moves to our EU servers.
Is it only for men?
No — everyone is welcome. We speak to men 40–60 first because they're the ones who track the least and wait the longest. If it works for them, it works for anyone.
Who is behind this?
Stéphane, Brussels. Former trader, now investor and teacher. Built it for himself first — and still uses it every evening.
"After 90 days of tracking my sleep and sport, I finally saw my patterns: with tennis twice a week and 7+ hours of sleep, my energy was completely different. I didn't force anything — seeing it was enough."
What is a challenge and how do I organise one?
A challenge is a small health goal you do together for 1 to 30 days — with one person, your family or your whole office (up to 1,000 people). Doing it with someone is the easiest way to start.
How to organise one (1 minute):
- Write the challenge, and tick a. same for all or b. different for each person.
- Set the length: 1 to 30 days.
- Pick the starting date and tap Create.
- Share the link (WhatsApp, email, Teams…). Each person joins with their email.
Every evening, the email asks one extra question: "Did you do your challenge today?" — one tap. You see the standing in your weekly email, and everyone gets the results at the end. Winner: most of your days done, never missing two in a row. Nobody sees anyone's health answers — only names and days done. You also see what you did together: the total days done by the whole group.
Examples
- Dad & son — "Jog 20 minutes" · same for both · 14 days. Who keeps it up longer?
- The whole family — "30 minutes of sport or a long walk" · same for all · 7 days. Results at Sunday dinner.
- Colleagues — "Come to work on foot or by bike as often as possible" · same for all · 30 days. One link in the team chat; the office sees who commuted most.
- A team of young athletes — "10 minutes of stretching every day" or "Power training 3 times a week" · same for all · 30 days. Regular stretching is hard for anyone, even sportspeople. Do it together, from now.
- Grandson vs grandmother — he jogs 20 minutes, she walks 20 minutes · different for each person · 21 days. Each has their own challenge, same rules, same scoreboard.
