Short version: we store what you give us to run your health emails, nothing else. No tracking cookies, no advertising, your data is never sold.

Who is responsible

What we store

Sign-up: your email, your 3 health topics in your order, your language, the country your request came from (not your IP address).

Challenge: your email, the challenge text, the mode (same for all or different), the length and the starting date.

Later, as a member: the answers you tap in your emails. They are your health data and are used only to show you your own patterns.

Why

To create your place, send you the emails you asked for and run your challenges (contract, GDPR art. 6.1.b). Health answers are processed only with your explicit consent (GDPR art. 9.2.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (hosting of this site and privacy-friendly visit statistics without cookies) and Resend (sending emails). Each works under a data processing agreement; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your data and there is no advertising.

How long

As long as you have a place or an account. If you delete it, everything is erased within 30 days, except what the law obliges us to keep (invoices).

Your rights

Access, correction, download (portability), deletion, objection and withdrawal of consent: write to us through the contact form, we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.
